Bars and Restaurants at Sugar Ridge, Antigua

Sugar Ridge features two restaurants. Carmichael’s is the open-air fine dining restaurant, which has been designed to ensure diners can fully appreciate the stunning views from its hilltop location. The main hotel restaurant is located in the heart of the resort overlooking the main swimming pool and adjacent shopping arcade. Guests can choose from a variety of dining options including room and breakfast, an inclusive plan and a dinner only plan. Dining at the premium Carmichael’s restaurant is included for each full week (7 days) a guest stays – one included Carmichael’s dining experience per week. Additional reservations can be made and guests will be charged a flat rate of US$40 per person. Room service is available and surcharges will apply.

Carmichael's Restaurant
Located adjacent to swimming pool, an open-air fine-dining restaurant perched atop the ridge, overlooking the entire resort and out to sea with sensational sunset views. The menu offers international dishes with strong Caribbean influences including local catch specialties.
Lunch is served from 12:30pm to 2:30pm
Dinner is served from 7:00pm to 9:30pm

Sugar Club Main Restaurant
Offering alternative dining choices, informal and lively, located in the center of Sugar Ridge above the Spa and overlooking the main pool area with high rafted ceiling and large open shutters cooled by the Caribbean breezes. Offers both outdoor (with covered veranda) and indoor dining. Open all day with burgers, pizzas, pastas, wraps, steaks and fish. Sugar Club has quite a good local following so you'll get to meet some great island characters who come to enjoy the Tapas and Sushi. There's live entertainment at least three times a week.

BARS

Carmichael’s Bar - Enjoying the same panoramic views as the restaurant, the bar also overlooks an infinity edged freshwater swimming pool and sun deck. The bar is open from 10:30am to 11:30pm

The Main Bar - Enjoying the same panoramic views and setting as the adjacent restaurant, the bar provides an extensive lounge area with contemporary style furnishings. The bar is open from 12:00 noon until 1:00am. Live entertainment is provided on selected nights.
