Meeting and Group Facilities

Their ideal location just steps from the Cancun Convention Center and only 25 minutes from the Cancun Airport combines the perfect setting for a successful meeting. Dreams Cancun Resort & Spa specializes in facilitating complex meetings and incentive programs - both indoors and out. The spacious "5 Elements Ballroom" has a capacity of 600 people, and can be divided into 5 separate rooms: Wind, Earth, Fire, Water and Sky.
The Business Center is open from 7:00am to 4:00pm. Up to five meeting rooms are available that can be combined into one large ballroom accommodating, depending on the type of function, up to 600 people. Additional amenities include computers with Internet access, printer, copier, phone & fax, and high-tech audio/visual equipment and accessories.
