• picks® - A Fender guitar "room service" program boasting a menu of 20 electric guitars to choose from and jam out on. Choose from legendary Stratocasters, classic Telecasters and unleash your inner rock star. Includes a Fender Mustang Floor Guitar Multi-Effects Pedal and Amplifier and a pair of SOUL by Ludacris headphones to ensure maximum sound. Complemented by in-room video lessons and a set list complete with recommended websites and apps where you can enhance your experience. Even rock novices can learn some licks with the in-room video lessons. There's no charge for this program, however a credit card is required to secure.
• tracks® - A 15-song curated playlist that serves as a sonic guide for your Hard Rock Hotel stay and beyond. As part of the tracks® music download program, upon check-in you will receive a code to download one of three distinct playlists: "Players", "City" (curated by Mayer Hawthorne) and "Resort" (curated by Fania). Each lists represents a different side for the Hard Rock Hotel personality, whether it is a classic track from an iconic artists or the latest blast from the global underground.
• mix® - You're the DJ! mix® is your opportunity to drop the bass and pick up the beat right in your own room. Every day you can check out a Traktor Kontrol Z1 controller and iPad that taps into a personal set of headphones.
