Minimalistic decor and a marvelous ocean view are the backdrop for an array of culinary delights from around the world. The restaurant highlights show cooking, breakfast and lunch buffet. Steakhouse dinner and Mexican a la carte.

Blanc Asia
Enjoy yourself with Japanese, Thai and Chinese cuisine in an Asian ambiance with Zen garden, serving à la carte dinner.

Dress Code and Reservations
Restaurant reservations are required for most of the restaurants and can be made through the butler service on each floor. Guests are required to dress in 'casual elegant' attire for dinner. Ladies may wear skirts, sundresses or long pants and dress shoes. Gentlemen are asked to wear long pants, collared shirts and dress shoes. Jeans are not permitted.

As part of Palace Resort's commitment to elevating its high culinary standards, Palace Resorts will feature an exclusive menu selection of decadent desserts and pastries, exclusively curated by pastry chef Antonio Bachour. In addition, his top-notch desserts will be featured at all ten of the brand’s oceanfront properties in Mexico and Jamaica.

Bachour’s selection of signature desserts including his signature bonbons will be available along with other sweet treats such as Berries & Crème, Lemon Tart & a unique take on S’mores, with caramelized bananas, among many others. Existing dessert recipes served in restaurants will also receive a touch of Bachour’s culinary twists; assuring guests are consistently delighted with new epicurean experiences.
