Finca Rosa Blanca's El Tigre Vestido Restaurant and Bar Buho are located in the owners’ former home. Expansive decks and views of the Central Valley and surrounding coffee farms as well as two fireplaces and comfortable couches for relaxing add to the experience. Each morning guests awake to an exquisite breakfast, replete with freshly brewed organic coffee grown in the Inn's plantation and succulent mango, papaya, pineapple and bananas from the Inn’s own organic orchards. Dinner is an elegant 4-course fixed price affair set around an inviting fireplace with inspiring views of the Central Valley below, and lunch and breakfast are a la carte. The Inn's chefs welcome the curious gourmand into their kitchen to share the secrets and techniques of nouvelle Costa Rican cuisine. Teri Jampol draws on Costa Rican and international culinary arts, using local fresh seafood and organic meats and poultry to create a menu that changes daily.
