We'll teach you all about our Grenadian rum and you'll learn about our various rum distilleries we have on our beautiful island. Join us and get a chance to sample some of Grenada's most exquisite rums. Dive into the history of Grenada's organic dark chocolates and sample some of our amazing chocolate. We'll show you how we make our chocolate from tree to bar.

Cooking Class with Esther and Omega
Every Thursday at 3:00pm, two of the cooks, the lively Esther and Omega divulge some of their not too secret techniques and recipes to create mouthwatering homestyle Caribbean dishes. These classes are free to all our in-house guests and are open to visitors  at a charge of EC$15. These fun and interactive cooking sessions are extremely popular with visitors to Grenada. Esther and Omega's lovely island sense of humor, together with their knowledge of local produce, herbs and cooking methods, have made this cooking class an informative and entertaining and delicious experience.

Scuba Diving with Aquanauts
While at True Blue Bay Resort, take the chance and splash into the turquoise Caribbean Sea with Aquanauts Grenada. Whether you are already an avid scuba diver, interested in discovering scuba diving or would like to snorkel - Aquanauts has the right trip for you. Conveniently located right at the marina, just steps from your room, the PADI 5* Resort dive center offers daily dive trips, free discover scuba at the pool, bubble maker program for 8 to 10-year-olds on appointment and snorkel trips several times a week. Guests interested in becoming certified while staying at the resort might want to get started back home with an E-learning course from PADI; that way, guests may come prepared and just enjoy the beauty of Grenada's world underwater without having to do classwork during your holidays. Guests who want their own itinerary can ask for private boat charters.
