This package is free starting at as little as 25 room nights booked.
Wedding Package Includes:

• Ceremony location: beach, oceanfront terraces, or poolside patios (table with white linen, folding wedding chairs with color sash & matt runner on the aisle)
• One upgrade for bride and groom to the following room category to the one booked for the entire stay
• Late check-out until 4:00 pm (on request, subject to availability)
• Welcome amenity for the bride and groom (Bottle of sparkling wine and cheese platter sent to the room upon arrival)
• Personal wedding planner
• Domestic sparkling wine for toast (Up to 25 guests)
• Wedding Cake (up to 25 guests)
• Dinner reservation in one of the specialty restaurants**
• One-tiered Wedding Cake (for up to 25 people)
• Tasting of the selected menu for 2 people
• Guaranteed king-size bed and bathrobes and slippers in your room.
• Special decoration in the room (rose petals on the bed) and bottle of sparkling wine sent to the room

**A set menu at a selected specialty restaurant will apply to the wedding group with a maximum of 25 Guests during 1 hour and a half (subject to availability).

Some restrictions apply:

• Minister or Judge service, legal documentation & other related fees are not included in this package.
• Package inclusions cannot be exchanged for other services.
• Any other services not mentioned here are available with an extra charge (extra services such as Flowers, centerpieces, bridesmaid bouquet, etc. have an additional charge).
• In case of bad weather wedding cannot be cancelled, it will be moved to backup. Once the packages and extra services are paid they are not refundable.
• Guests not staying at the resort and attending the wedding must pay a day pass.
• For weddings with more than 25 people, a private reception setup should be arranged, extra cost will apply.

For Legal Marriage:
Requirements to get Legally Married in Los Cabos:

• Marriage Application – The Resort will provide Marriage application
• Birth Certificates of Bride and Groom – A copy of the original birth certificate.
• Passports – Copies of bride, groom and the four witnesses Passports.
• Divorce Decrees (if applicable) – Only the first and last page, copy is sufficient, original is notneeded.
• Blood Test to get Medical Certificate – It is necessary for the bride and groom to get this test in Mexico. Cost$200.00US
• Four Witnesses – Please include their information in the marriage application. Witnesses can be relatives or friends. They must be 18 years old or older.
• Tourist Cards - These are your Mexican visas. These documents are usually handed to you by a flight attendant. No matter what, these visas will be handed to you. These are very important papers, so the only recommendation is that you keep them in a very safe place. Your legal marriage would be under risk if you lose them.
