    Hotel Updates

  • April 15 - September 14, 2024: New Asian restaurant, Tamari located on the central building will not impact guests as working hours will be only at night. Asian cuisine will still be served at Pureza during this time.
  • May 06, 2024 – January 06, 2025: North Tower room upgrades will be taking place. Some dust and noise are to be expected from 10AM-6PM. This is the second phase of renovation for the north wing main tower. (Upgrades to include: new air conditioning system, new mattress, new balcony sliding door, new railing, new wood main entrance door including closets, Smart TV, Nespresso coffee machine, new décor including vibrant colors and wooden details)
  • June 03-September 10, 2024: The Pool Bar at the main pool will be upgraded and some dust and noise should be expected during the day. A provisional portable bar will be set in the pool area and 4 other pools will be open.
  • July 01 – October 16, 2024: Kid’s Club will be closed. Guests will not be affected as all kids’ activities will take place outside by the pool and terrace at Melanzanne.
  • July 01-November 11,2024: Front Desk and lobby area will be renovated; the work will be done at night. There will be a temporary check-in desk located in the front lobby during this time.
  • August 05- Nov 29, 2024: Repair roof structure of walkways. There are two walkways to connect to the main building, only one walkway will be closed, and guests will not be affected.
  • September 17, 2024- February 28, 2025: New Italian restaurant concept at Melanzanne. The service will be offered at the Pureza Restaurant once the Tamari Restaurant is complete.


    Important to Note: The areas listed will be operating as usual outside of the timeframe listed and will not affect all travelers. The dedicated hotel crew is working diligently to minimize disruptions throughout the renovation projects.
