Hotel Renovations
IFA Villas Bavaro Resort & Spa is excited to announce renovations and expansions of the property. In addition to evening out the level of the grounds in fall 2017, IFA Villas Bavaro will be starting contruction on a new part of the property on January 3, 2018. Working hours will be from 8am to 5pm every day, with reduced noise efforts until 10 am.
On April 1, the SPA will be moved to the Kids Club, and theater and shows will be moved to the discotheque. Stay tuned for more updates, and don't worry about you vacation being interrupted; services will continue as normal, and noise will be kept to a minimum.
Spring Break Policy
IFA Villas Bavaro Resort & Spa does not accept spring breakers (as individual travelers, student groups or groups of teenagers) at its property. Minimum age from February 1 – March 31, 2018 to occupy a room is 22 years. Adolescents over 14 and under 22 years have to be accompanied by a parent in the same room. All reservations including individual reservations during this period need to indicate the age of the passenger as an indispensable requirement for a confirmation of the booking.
