Guests will enjoy the choice of three different restaurants and five separate bar areas serving a wide variety of cuisines. In the evening, L'Alternative Disco is the party spot. And adjacent to the disco is Desire's trademark 'playroom' where couples will find a few hundred square feet of couches decked out to look like something out of 'Austin Powers'. The freedom of expression is the rule!

El Arrecife
Breakfast - Daily sumptuous breakfast buffet.

• TUESDAY - Oriental. - Oriental delights galore. Select fom a variety of cold and hot Asian dishes prepared for this buffet night, from Chicken Yaki Tori Salad, Bok Choi, a Large assortment of Sushi, Sashimis and Nigiris to Shark Fin Soup, Chinese Duck and Chicken Satai with Oyster Sauce, you will be transported to another continent.
• WEDNESDAY - Mexican Fiesta - Hola Amigos! Hand made Flour tortillas, Tequila, Oaxacan Mole, Chicken, Beef or Shrimp Fajitas, assorted Quesadillas, Chalupas and Charro style Beans are just a few of the many Mexican Dishes you will sample. And of course all of our Hot Sauces to see if you're a Real Hombre or muchacha.
• FRIDAY - Gala - Dress your best for this culinary feast. A sophisticated array of our chef's finest dishes will delight your senses and you can either choose from the buffet or order your dinner a la carte, prepared while you watch the Chefs at work. Bon apetit!
• SUNDAY - Steak - Saturday is Meat Night. They'll prepare your New-York, Tenderloin, Flank Steak, Pork or Lamb Chops and chicken any way you like. An impressive Salad Bar, a variety of vegetable, potato and rice dishes are available to accompany your meat cuts, and of course a delicious variety of desserts.

Enjoy a full lunch menu including salads, ceviches and top notch main dishes with the quality, portions and presentation reminiscent of Desire's three specialty restaurants. This casual, central location near the main pool is ideal for those wanting to see and be seen.

Nude Jacuzzi Lounge Bar
The notorious roof-top clothing-optional Jacuzzi lounge & bar features a 30-person hot tub finished in Venetian Tile with hues ranging from the bright blue-greens of the Caribbean Sea to the earth-tone beiges of the Mayan jungle. A circular, tempered crystal 'see-and-be-seen' open air shower adjoins the Jacuzzi, offering a 360° view of the Lounge and the stunning vistas stretching from the turquoise sea to the lush surrounding jungle.
