El Bonsai
Expert chefs have mastered the art of importing fantastic Japanese recipes into our fabulous à la carte restaurant. Savor the best oriental dishes during the dinner service. Formal attire required. During the dinner service, gentlemen 12 years and older are kindly asked to wear long pants and shirts with sleeves.

Tulum Buffet
Tulum is a dining experience for all five senses. This à la carte restaurant serves breakfast and dinner, prepares meat and seafood dishes to order, and entertains diners with live performance cooking. A wide variety of rich desserts are a sweet ending to every meal at Tulum as well. Semi formal attire required. During the dinner service, gentlemen 12 years and older are kindly asked to wear long pants and shirts with sleeves.

Palapa Uxmal Restaurant
Located adjacent to the hotel pools, this international buffet prepares continental breakfasts and savory lunches.

La Hacienda
Savor the delectable Mexican specialties at La Hacienda. Reservations are required for your dinner experience. Formal attire required. During the dinner service, gentlemen 12 years and older are kindly asked to wear long pants and shirts with sleeves.

Mare Nostrum
À la carte restaurant with Mediterranean specialties featuring a station of starters and meze from the Mediterranean coast and main courses such as chicken kebabs or paella with prawns. Business casual attire required. Book tables in advance through hotel reception
