Services and Facilities at Sugar Bay Resort & Spa, St.Thomas

The Sugar Bay is perched mountainside surrounded by breathtaking views of the Caribbean Sea and neighboring islands. The resort features 297 rooms, a secluded beach with an array of water sports and recreational equipment; three interconnecting freshwater pools with a waterfall and grotto; tennis complex; on-site spa; state-of-the-art fitness center; mini-golf; Kids Klub program with supervised children’s programs for kids ages 4 - 12 (1/2 day is complimentary); and a comprehensive schedule of daily activities. Various restaurants and lounges cater to a variety of tastes, from traditional Caribbean fare to casual bistro to upscale a la carte dining. Cabana Rental Add-On
Available for pre-booking. Eight Beachfront and Poolside Cabanas are now available. Cabanas are equipped with ceiling fan, either romantic double chaise lounge or two executive single chaises, four rolled towels, two robes, a cooler with iced bottled water, two snack presentations during the rental period, writing materials, (stationary, postcards and a pen), a New York Times - Times Fax, magazines and assorted destination information. Located in both the upper and lower pool areas and on the beach, these bright blue 65 sq. ft fully draped cabanas offer poolside and beachfront privacy. Rentals are available on a request basis only (from 9am-5pm daily); as the inventory is limited. Cabanas are not available for evening usage. Cabana rentals begin on the morning following the arrival day and end with the last full day of the guest stay prior to departure. Cabana rentals can be pre-booked at time of booking.

Events and Meetings
The second floor above the lobby houses a gallery of meeting rooms and a ballroom. Sugar Bay boasts 17,680 sq. feet of meeting and event space, comprised of a 6,720 sq. ft. ballroom that overlooks the Caribbean and accommodates up to 800 guests. Plus, there are 12 conference rooms, an amphitheatre with tiered seating to accommodate 112 persons and 3 spacious terraces, plus the pool and beach.

Event planners will find a wide range of indoor and outdoor settings for breaks, pre-function activities, theme parties and receptions.The resort offers complete in-house audio-visual services that can support web-based presentations, video-conferencing, web-casts, online registration and more!
