Guests with a qualifying stay will receive two (2) tickets to attend the Usher concert. Tickets will be assigned in Gold Level for Palace Resorts guests and Platinum Level and priority access for guests of Le Blanc Spa Resort when booking 5 nights or more in ANY room category.

Venue: Moon Spa & Golf Club. Complimentary shuttle service to and from the Moon Palace will be provided for the concert.

Ticket Redemption:

Palace Resorts & Le Blanc Spa Resort guests will be able to redeem their complimentary tickets upon check-in at the Vacation Planners desk of their respective resort. The Palace Vacation Planners desk will also sell tickets to those who do not qualify for the promotion or to guests who wish to purchase additional tickets or upgrade their tickets. Guests can also purchase tickets by visiting www.ticketmaster.com.mx.

Terms: A max of (2) tickets apply per reservation, per stay regardless of room category. Reservations booked with a single Occupancy are entitled to one (1) ticket. Applicable for NEW reservations only. Promotion applicable to ALL existing reservations meeting the terms and conditions of the promotion . Reservations with overlapping dates qualify.
