| $8 Million Renovation Complete! |
| Excellence Punta Cana completed an $8 million renovation in early 2008. Updates include the redecoration of all rooms and many guest areas, a new restaurant, a fitness center and updates to a number of public areas. All guest rooms have been redecorated and now include free wireless Internet access. Excellence Club Suites now offer 37" LCD flat screen TVs and radio alarm clocks featuring an iPod dock. The Club suites' mini-bars have been expanded to include not only premium liquors but also wine and a variety of snacks which are restocked daily. Updates to the Excellence Club swim-up suites include new decorations, Bulgari toiletries and new lounging hammocks in the private cabanas.
An eighth restaurant option, Oregano, has been added. The restaurant offers flexible hours for those interested in items such as pizza and includes early or late evening hours. The seven existing restaurants have received updates to their decor as well as the addition of a healthy choice spa cuisine dining option now available in all dining outlets. In addition to the spa, the Excellence now also offers a state-of-the-art fitness center offering exercise equipment, yoga and fitness classes and expert trainers. Additional renovations have taken place on the tennis courts, the lobby and reception area, meeting facilities, theater, pool and beach areas. |
