An early morning departure from your hotel takes you on a scenic drive to the East End of St. Thomas where you embark on a short ferry ride to Cruz Bay, the main port of St. John. On St. John, over half of which is a National Park, you will enter a world of unsurpassed pristine beauty. Your tour of the National Park by open-air safari bus includes a scenic drive along the North Shore Coast and on to the historic Danish Sugar Plantation at Annaberg. You'll continue through the picturesque park to your pre-arranged lunch. In the afternoon, enjoy time at Trunk Bay, rated as one of the most beautiful beaches in the world by National Geographic. At Trunk Bay you will find the world famous underwater snorkeling trail. Snorkel equipment and instruction are provided for viewing this unforgettable underwater wonderland. There are facilities for changing and showering. Your day ends with a brief stop at Mongoose Junction for shopping and browsing the clever shops before boarding your return ferry home. All you need for this tour is your swimsuit, a towel, sunscreen and a camera.

This is an informative and enjoyable 2.5 hour tour of the highlights of St. Thomas, an island famous for beautiful views and vistas. As you climb the mountains, the experienced driver-guide will show you breathtaking breathtaking overlooks of Magen's Bay, St. John and the ongoing chain of the British Virgin Islands. There'll be plenty of excellent photo opportunities during a stop at Mountain Top, a souvenir emporium and "Home of the Banana Daiquiri" - enjoy a complimentary Banana Daiquiri. Next stop is the Estate St. Peter's The Greathouse and Botanical Gardens, a former Governor's residence. Time is allotted for touring the residence as well as walking through the nature trail, seeing sprawling gardens, fish ponds and waterfalls. A drive down the mountain will put you at Yacht Haven Grande where you'll be on your own for lunch and browsing through the renowned world class and duty free shops of this historic old Danish town. The mid-afternoon return to your hotel is compliments of Tropic Tours, your ground operator.
