Redemption Form

This form can be used to redeem both the "Vacation Express Travel Agent Booking Bonus" program and the "Commission Stimulus" program. Although bookings can be used for both incentives, each program needs to be submitted separately. Use the drop-down menu to select the program you are redeeming.

Note to agents: Your clients must have traveled in order for you to qualify for these bonuses. For the Vacation Express travel agent incentive program, the booking bonus is paid out based on the number of bookings submitted on a single form. Bookings are not tracked or accumulated for a higher pay out.

Due to Federal and State revenue laws, each agent who earns money through a bonus program is require to complete a W-9. Click here to download the required form. This form can be faxed to the Vacation Express accounting department at 404-393-4828. If the booking agent does not submit a completed W-9 to Vacation Express, bonus commission checks will be issued to the agency on record.

Checks where applicable, will be mailed to the mailing address you entered above after clients travel. Form and booking numbers must be submitted to receive bonuses. A separate form must be submitted for each bonus. Bonus valid for new bookings only, and are valid for booking agent only (unless otherwise stated).
