Activities and Recreations at Sun Palace, Cancun

There are plenty of activities for couples to enjoy at the Sun Palace, or, if relaxation is your goal, four pools and a beautiful beach provide the perfect alternative. The resort is located directly across the street from the Sun Palace Marina, where a myriad of water sports and water craft is available to resort guests; selected non-motorized water sports are included in your all-inclusive package. In the evening, enjoy live music and fun at the nightly shows and theme parties or take advantage of that famous Cancun nightlife!

Moon Palace Golf & Spa Resort Shuttle
Guests of the Sun Palace enjoy complimentary scheduled transportation to the Moon Palace Golf & Spa Resort. Departures are at 11:15am and 1:15pm, with returns departing the Moon Palace Lobby (Nizuc/Sunrise) at 5:00pm and 7:00pm. Please note that there is a maximum of 45 passengers and seats are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis. The shuttle schedule is subject to change without notice.

Water Sports Galore!
In addition to the included non-motorized water sports, you can arrange jet skiing, waterskiing, parasailing, boat rentals and fishing, snorkeling and diving excursions at either the Sun Palace Marina or the marina at Wet 'n Wild for an additional fee.

The Sun Palace is located along one of the nicest, most uncrowded stretches of white sand beach in Cancun.

The Moon Spa & Golf Club
Moon Palace Spa & Golf Club continues to be Cancun’s best and most popular golf venue, offering two dynamic courses. Each layout challenges golfers to navigate through native vegetation, numerous wetlands and strategically-placed bunkers. Each of the two nine-hole courses offers a distinctive environment that challenges professionals and amateurs alike. Created to harmonize with the tropical lushness of Cancun, this 7,165-yard, 72-par golf course features four sets of tees and is lined with native jungle vegetation, natural wetlands and bunkers that have been strategically placed. Highlights include: the signature hole, number 17, a 151-yard, par 3, that plays downwind to an island green; the sixth hole, a par 4 that plays 336 yards and is drivable, but has a carry over water; and the finishing hole, a strong par 4 that plays 446 yards.
Pool
The newest addition to the Golf Club features a beautiful infinity pool with spectacular views of the 'Lake' Course and a swim-up bar offering a variety of beverages and snacks.
Pro Shop
A full service Pro Shop stocked with brand name equipment and apparel. The professional staff is ready to help with tee-times, group outings, lessons and merchandise.
The Spa
The spa facilities at the Moon Palace Golf & Spa Resort are world class and offer the spa aficionado as well as the novice a premier spa experience. The exclusive Moon Golf clubhouse is ideal for combining a day of golf with an 'apres-golf' massage and hydrotherapy treatments.

Riviera Cancun Golf Club
The golf course at Riviera Cancun Golf Club is a Signature Designed course by renowned golfer Jack Nicklaus. The course features strategic bunkering, immaculate greens, a stunning layout of fairways, as well as wooden bridges. The naturally spectacular combination of mangroves and native palm trees, exceptional vistas of the Caribbean and lush landscaping meets undulating fairways and challenging greens to make this the perfect golf experience for even the most discriminating player.
