The front desk and security teams are available 24 hours a day to assist guests with any needs while staying at the resort including booking excursions, tours and complimentary transportation to and from the nearby beach.
Resort Pool
The pool is open for guests from 8:00 am - 10:00 pm daily. Enjoy warm weather while enjoying a refreshment poolside, or relax after a day of exploring the island.
Fitness Facility
Health enthusiasts are able to take advantage of the Dolphin Gym, located in the lobby and open daily from 5:00 am - 11:00 pm.
Meeting Rooms and Business Center
For business travelers there are two private boardrooms available. The Poinciana Boardroom, seats up to 50 people theater style and the Hibiscus Meeting room seats up to 25 people theater style. Additionally there is a complete business center.
There is a daily shuttle to William Town Beach just 7 minutes away and runs from 9:00 am to 4:30 pm.
