Due to extremely strong sea currents and massive waves, swimming off the beach at the resort is not safe and is prohibited. However, water sports are available less than 1.5 miles from the resort at an independently operated full-service beachside water sports center offering windsurfing, sailing, water skiing, kayaks, jet skis parasailing and a PADI scuba diving school. Additional charges apply for water sports, as this is a private operation not connected to the hotel.
