Legal Formalities for Getting Married
The staff at Four Seasons Resort Nevis will coordinate the legal procedures, which include a meeting with the Magistrate at her office in Charlestown, along with detailed planning of your wedding event by our staff. You will need to bring:
Passport or the official copy of your birth certificate
Photo ID
An affidavit proving single status
Original final divorce decree (if married before) or death certificate (if widowed)
