In addition to the popular international buffet restaurant, guests can dine at three a la carte dinner restaurants, snack along the beach, and enjoy cooling drinks at one of five bars, including an adults-only swim-up bar. Kids can order from a special 'kids drink menu' featuring colorful, sweet creations just for them. For fine dining, Sans Souci offers up elegant gourmet cuisine with a different specialty every day. Try the Tiki Bar on the beach for the best frozen Margarita around!
La Palapa
Main buffet restaurant.
Breakfast from 7:00am to 11:00am.
Lunch from 1:00pm to 4:00pm.

Fujiyama
Open for dinner 6 nights a week, with seating times at 6:30pm, 7:00pm, 8:30pm, 9:00pm and 9:45pm
Teppanyaki and sushi bar for dinner only. Air-conditioned with a casual atomosphere. Children welcome.

Dress code: casual (no sandals, no shorts).
La Piazza
Open for dinner 6 nights a week, with seating times at 6:30pm, 6:45pm, 8:15pm, 9:30pm and 10:00pm
Formal restaurant with sea view and air-conditioning. Delight yourself with an exquisite a la carte Italian dinner, and top it off with a mouthwatering dessert.
Children are welcome.

Dress code: formal casual (For men: long pants, jeans or bermuda shorts, polo shirt with short sleeves or dress shirt and closed toed shoes).
Sans Souci
Open for dinner 6 nights a week, with seating times at 6:30pm, 7:00pm, 8:30pm, 9:00pm and 9:45pm. At the first two seating times, families with children are allowed. The last three seating times, starting from 8:30PM onwards, admission will be from 8 years old and up.
The ideal place to enjoy a romantic evening, Sans Souci features an elegant and comfortable ambience and superb French gourmet cuisine.

Los Gallos

This is the place where you can satisfy your cravings for Mexican specialties. Open for breakfast too.

NEW! COLLAGE Sports Bar & Family Entertainment Center
This brand new facility features the 'Midway-Stop' snack bar open from 8:00am to midnight offering:
- A delicious continental breakfast with homemade waffles, assorted muffins and bagels
- For lunch a great variety of chicken wings, stuffed potatoes, breaded cheese sticks, onion wings, jalapeño poppers, hot jumbo pretzels and more
-For dinner enjoy assorted salads, soup of the day and great wraps and tacos
