Pet Policies

• Maximum pet weight is 15 kgs (33 lbs).
• 1 pet per room.
• All pets must have their own pet bed.
• WITHOUT EXCEPTION all pets must have a leash attached to the pet’s collar while outside the room.
• The pets MUST ALWAYS be supervised by an adult.
• It is prohibited for pets to climb or sleep on any furniture.
• If, for any reason, a pet is left in a room alone for more than two hours, the administration reserves the right to call the proper authorities to pick up the pet from the room.
• Pets may not enter pool, garden, hallways or restaurant areas.
• Parking lot and beach may be utilized to walk pets.
• It is the owner’s obligation to always carry a plastic bag to pick up the pet waste.
• Any damages caused by a pet to the hotel, its employees or other guests, is the pet owner’s sole responsibility.
• The personal space and tranquility of the other guests must be respected.
• The hygiene of the area where pet is placed is the owner’s responsibility.
• Housekeeping will not enter the room if the pet is inside without the presence of the owner.
