Services and Facilities at Bolongo Bay Beach Resort, St. Thomas, USVI

Bolongo Bay Beach Resort is an affordable full-service, beachfront resort where every room is just steps from the beach and where fun in the sun is the name of the game. Guests enjoy a full a la carte menu of Caribbean and continental cuisine morning, noon and night – including lobster, fresh seafood and filet mignon at the resort's two seaside restaurants, The Lobster Grille and Iggies Beach Bar & Grill. Daytime fun centers around the golden sand beach and the freshwater pool with swim-up bar. There's a small cardio fitness room with treadmill, stairmaster, elliptical trainer, and recumbent cycle. Selected spa services including hair, nails and facials are available for an additional charge in your room, and a small massage room is available on-site. All in all there are plenty of ways to fill your days right on-site; plus the Weekly Meet-the-Managers Cocktail Party (with prizes, free rum punch and hors d'oeuvres) is always a popular event!

Great Rooms
Guest rooms are quite nice, spacious and comfortable with one queen or two double beds. Choose from two room categories as well as oceanfront condominiums – all just steps from the beach. Every room is fully equipped with cable TV, air-conditioning, telephone, refrigerator, coffee maker and unlimited complimentary coffee, hair dryer, iron and ironing board and in-room safe. Guest rooms can comfortably sleep up to four and bed types can be requested, but are not guaranteed. All rooms are non-smoking, however smoking is allowed on the balcony. There is a $10 per night charge if a cot or crib is required. Room service is not available.
Room Categories:
- Beachfront rooms - On the 1st floor of the resort, literally walk right out to the beach from the private patio.
- Oceanview rooms - Above the Beachfront rooms on the 2nd and 3rd floor, with ocean views from the private balcony.
- Oceanfront condominiums - Down the beach from the hotel rooms, all with ocean views and lots of living area.
Notes: Cribs and rollaway beds are available for a small fee. Handicap-accessible rooms are available upon request.

Stay Connected
Wireless internet access is complimentary in the conference room and the lounge outside the conference room. There is a hotspot around the pool area and at the Lobster Grille. For guests who did not bring their lap top there is an internet kiosk in the lounge outside the conference room. Guests can buy phone cards in the gift shop to use at the kiosk to check and send e-mail.
