One of the best dining experiences in the Virgin Islands, Chloe & Bernard's renowned chefs prepare nightly specials featuring fresh island fish, prime steaks and inventive salads and appetizers. Located on the upper level of the open-air lobby building, Chloe & Bernard's features an intimate, relaxing atmosphere.

Cruz Bay Prime
New fine dining experience located in an open-air setting above the Main Lobby, serving a menu of steak and seafood.
Hours: Wednesdays through Sundays from 6 p.m. to 10 p.m. The restaurant's bar and lounge is open from 5 p.m. to 11 p.m.

Beach Cafe and Bar
Featuring casual dining overlooking the beautiful Great Cruz Bay, well known for the bountiful buffet breakfast served daily. An island favorite for dinner and a favored spot for enjoying great sunsets. Also the location of a fun bar, and a great place for family and group entertaining.
Hours: 7:00am - 11:00am and 6:00pm - 12:00 midnight

Snorkel's Bar and Grill Restaurant
Conveniently located beside the resort's quarter-acre pool and overlooking the beach, Snorkel's serves tasty grilled favorites and ice-cold tropical drinks in an open-air setting.
Hours: Food service - 11:00am - 5:00pm; bar service 11:00am - 7:00pm

Mango Deli
Caribbean deli serves Starbucks coffee, pastries made fresh by local bakers, sandwiches and take-out foods and snack-packs perfect to take along on an island exploration or to eat in your room. Dine outdoors on the Mango patio or on the beach.
