Environmental Fee
The Mexican government has implemented a new environmental fee. This small fee will be collected upon check-in from all guests directly by the resort.

Adults Only
Although children are welcome throughout the resort, the Villas section caters to adult couples looking for a more quiet and relaxing vacation experience. Suites in the VIP Villas section accommodate up to two adult guests (18+) only.

All Student/Spring Breaker Group reservations are strictly On Request and will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis by Riu Sales. RIU Hotels & Resorts reserves the right of admission and may reject any request at its sole discretion. Guests disturbing or generating complaints from other guests or hotel may be removed from the property at their own expense. Parties in rooms are not permitted. Student/Spring Breaker Groups must comply with any protocols (hotel and government) in place at the time of stay at the hotel and be 21 years of age or older.
