Spring & Summer Break Student Policy
Hotel does not accept Spring Breakers. In the event of any exceptions, the hotel will provide a special ID bracelet to the client so they will not be served alcoholic drinks.

Smoke-Free Environment
Melia Vacation Club Puerto Vallarta is a smoke-free environment. Smoking is not permitted in any location inside the hotel or on the grounds with the exception of the Motor Lobby and Public Beach. A $200 USD cleaning fee will be charged to any guest who violates the smoking policy in guest rooms.
