Casual all-day dining venue, located in the main lobby building adjacent to the pool. Serving impressive breakfast buffet, continental cuisine and local specialties. A children's menu is available.
Attire: Breakfast and lunch: Swimwear with a wrap for women, and shorts and T-shirts for men. Footwear is required.
Dinner: Dress shorts, T-shirts and dress sandals or closed-in footwear for men. Casual dresses, skirts, dress shorts or trousers for women.

Congo's
Open 11:00am - 6:00pm
Pool bar and grill offers local and American fare with casual al fresco dining. Sandwiches, salads and grilled local fish, a variety of vegetarian dishes and a selection of nutritionally balanced, healthier fare. Children's menu available.
Attire: Daytime: Swimwear with a wrap for women, and shorts and T-shirts for men. Footwear is required.
Dinner: Dress shorts, T-shirts (no tank tops) and dress sandals or closed-in footwear for men. Casual dresses, skirts, dress shorts or trousers for women.
Congo's opens select evenings for dinner theme nights, including a Brazilian Churrascaria and a Seafood Fair. Reservations are recommended.

Dinner: 6:00pm - 10:00pm
Offers Italian and seafood specialties and exemplary service - and an ocean-view vantage point. The dinner menu changes daily and features the Executive Chef's finest creations. A children's menu is available.
Attire: Collared shirts, trousers and dress sandals or closed-in shoes for men. Dresses, skirts or evening trousers for women.

Caracol
Lunch: 11:00am - 6:00pm

Located at the Four Seasons Golf Club, just a 10-minute drive from the Resort's lobby. For lunch, the restaurant serves a selection of gourmet sandwiches, paninis, burgers, light salads, tempting snacks and the Chef’s daily specials. After 6:00 pm, Caracol transforms into a casual steakhouse. Prime cuts of meat, hearty appetizers and home-style desserts highlight the dinner menu. A children's menu is available for lunch and dinner.
