Hyatt Ziva Puerto Vallarta is currently undergoing a hotel enhancement project. Please see below for a recap of current and upcoming renovations as well as completions that are ready for guests to enjoy.

Current & Upcoming Renovations:
• April-December 2025: North Tower elevators renovation. Noise and vibrations may be expected in focused areas of the tower during specific hours (10AM-6PM).
• May-August 2025: Improvement of existing emergency stairs at Club Tower. Noise and vibrations may be expected in select areas during specific times (10AM-6PM).
• Coming Soon: New Italian restaurant concept at Melanzane. An alternative Italian menu will be offered at a temporary location featuring a fantastic Pacific Ocean view.
• Coming Soon: Casa Grande Palm Roof renovation. The restaurant will remain open, with work carried out in isolated sections to ensure minimal disruption during operating hours.
