• January 2025 – June 2025: Improvement of existing emergency stairs at North Tower. Clearly marked and signposted pathways to the two available stairwells will be in place. Some noise and dust may occur in specific areas.
• April 2025 – December 2025: North Tower elevators renovation. Noise and vibrations may be expected in focused areas of the tower during specific hours (10 a.m. – 6 p.m.).
• May 2025 – August 2025: Improvement of existing emergency stairs at Club Tower. Noise and vibrations may be expected in select areas during specific times (10 a.m. – 6 p.m.).

Dining has also been elevated with the opening of Tamari Restaurant, offering Asian fusion cuisine and teppanyaki live-cooking experiences.
