New Agency Application

Ready to start booking with Vacation Express? Please follow these instructions.

• New agency not yet registered with Vacation Express? If your agency has a valid IATA|CLIA|TRUE|ARC, you can begin the process by emailing [email protected]. One of our friendly sales support team members will respond to you with the information required. Once your information has been added to our system, an email will be sent advising how to create a username and password. After a username and password are created, it can take up to 24hrs for the account to become active. To add agents to your roster, once you are logged in, use the New Agent Registration link in the My Tools section of our Travel Agent Portal.
• If you are a new agent with an agency that is already registered with Vacation Express, you must be added by your agency. Please have your agency owner or administrator log in to their Vacation Express profile and add you as a new agent using the New Agent Registration link in the My Tools section of our Travel Agent Portal. Once they have completed this step and your information has been added to our system, an email will be sent advising how to create a username and password. After a username and password are created, it can take up to 24hrs for the account to become active. Requests sent to SalesSupport@VacationExpress to be added will not be answered.
• If you are a new agent affiliated with a host agency that is already registered with Vacation Express, you must be added by the host agency. Please reach out to your host agency administrator to have them add you as a new agent. Once they have completed this step and your information has been added to our system, an email will be sent advising how to create a username and password. After a username and password are created, it can take up to 24hrs for the account to become active. Requests sent to SalesSupport@VacationExpress to be added will not be answered.
