The Apuane Spa at Four Seasons offers a full range of massages and spa treatments designed to relax, invigorate, detoxify, heal. Try the Punta Mita massage, which uses indigenous sage oil and tequila; or try an exfoliating chamomile body scrub or seaweed mask. A full-service beauty salon is also available.

In-Rooom Spa Services
Massages, facials, manicures, pedicures, haircuts and styling are available in guests' rooms for an additional charge.

Outdoor Spa Experiences
Enjoy the unique experience of an outdoor spa treatment. Guests can choose from one of three locations at the Resort. Located on the beach, Cabana Oceanview commands panoramic views of the Pacific Ocean. Tamai Poolside Cabanas allow guests the flexibility of using the space for the day and enjoying spa treatments at their leisure. Tamai Garden Cabana, located in a secluded part of the Tamai Pool Complex, amidst lush vegetation, is dedicated to providing shiatsu massage, reflexology and Thai massage.

Fitness Center

The newly renovated 3,114 sq. ft. Fitness Center is furnished with new, state-of-the-art Technogym equipment. Cardio equipment features ergonomically correct controls and built-in televisions - choose from a selection of treadmills, bikes, step machines and elliptical trainers, as well as the recently introduced Technogym Cardio Wave machine. Strength-training equipment incorporates the latest in safety and comfort features - the machines are easy to use and have features such as towel-locking devices, multi-size grips, contoured seats for optimal stability and range-of-motion limiters to prevent over-extension.

Additional amenities:
Each piece of cardiovascular equipment features a personal 13-inch television to entertain you while exercising. Headphones are available from the fitness staff. Personal trainers are available by appointment to assist with any fitness needs.
