Bars and Restaurants at Villa Premiere Hotel & Spa, Puerto Vallarta

Villa Premiere Hotel & Spa features three distinctive a la carte restaurants offering a selection of Mexican, regional and international gourmet cuisines. Plus enjoy the Sunset Cooking Show, a unique dinner experience for just the two of you with your own private table and personal chef. Each venue offers a tranquil atmosphere, soft music and a beautiful environment with views of gardens, fountains or beautiful Banderas Bay. A vegetarian menu, spa cuisine and 24 hr. in-room dining are available.

In the evening guests will enjoy seasonal "Evolution Show" theme night on Mondays, an eclectic show with outstanding dinner menu. And a seasonal "Fiesta Mexicana Show" theme night on Thursdays, a fun Mexican party with special Mexican dinner menu.

La Ceiba Restaurant
Serving a la carte breakfast and lunch. Casual dining offering international fare of poultry, fish, seafood, meats, salads, desserts and featuring many Mexican specialties. Open-air poolside restaurant with thatched roof, ocean views, table linens and Mexican-style leather-and-wood chairs.

El Manglar Restaurant & Bar
Open for dinner only. Festive, air-conditioned, fine-dining restaurant with indoor and terrace seating. Changing menu of Italian cuisine, seafood, grilled items and international selections. Special menus accompany Monday circus-style music/dance show and Friday pre-Hispanic music/dance show.
Dress code: Long pants or dress shorts, collared shirts and closed-toe shoes for men. Bar open until 11pm.

Murales
Open for dinner only serving fine Mexican cuisine with a warm, romantic ambiance. A la carte restaurant with intimate air-conditioned dining room featuring colorful, contemporary murals, fresh flowers, candlelight as well as ocean view terrace seating under ceiling fans. Guitar player nightly. Bar open until 11pm.

Sunset Cooking Show
