El Restaurante
The main restaurant offers outstanding fresh seasonal cuisine in an intimate open-air setting featuring stunning ocean views, or outdoors on the oceanfront terrace. Carved into the bluffs overlooking the Sea of Cortez, El Restaurante features three levels of stone terraces flowing from a circular palapa-roofed dining room down to the property's two sandy coves. The menu features Cocina del Sol - "sun-filled" Mediterranean-influenced cooking that incorporates the freshest local ingredients and regional flavors. Complementing the menu is an extensive wine list as well as a tequila menu featuring more than 100 selections. Breakfast, lunch and dinner service.

La Terraza Americana
Located adjacent to the new pool, the restaurant features small plates and light fare and traditional American cuisine including salads, sandwiches and burgers, all served in a casual outdoor setting. Lunch and dinner menus rotate seasonally while maintaining a few signature dishes throughout the year.

La Palapa Grill and Bar
Located at the private residence club, The Palapa offers casual outdoor Cabo dining and features amazing views, an exhibition kitchen and a swim-up bar. Lunch and dinner are served daily.

El Bar
Directly overlooking the ocean's edge with a beautiful view of Cabo San Lucas' famous Land's End. This cantina serves a variety of appetizers and light meals in addition to specialty cocktails. In the evening, entertainment compliments an extensive tequila and cigar menu.

Mexicanisimo - An Oceanside evening of Mexican music, food, drinks and handicrafts under the stars. A Mariachi entertains and the evening culminates in a barrage of fireworks. Guests can enjoy the festivities every Thursday from 6:30 to 9:30 p.m.

Carnavalisimo - An authentic Mexican Beach BBQ with live music and salsa dancing available for guests every Wednesday night from 6:30 to 9:30 p.m.
