No changes can be made to room occupancy, dates or duration. Any changes to occupancy, dates or duration would require a cancellation, with the applicable penalties, and rebooking as individual booking. Additional rooms must be booked as individual bookings and do not apply to your group's total room count of benefits. It is the travel agent's responsibility to advise the hotel of the individual booking, if desired.

FINAL PAYMENT
Final payment and names for all bookings are due 45-60 days prior to departure. In some cases, a second payment may be required prior to this date, depending on the parameters of the separate air and hotel contracts. After final payment due date, any contract will be closed and will be subject to the change fees as outlined above. Any new rooms booked after final payment will need to be made individually and may not qualify for group concessions.
Separate Hotel/Air Contract - If a separate hotel/air contract is required, additional deposits and/or final payment may be required earlier than 60 days prior to departure.
