Hotel NoticesResort Fee & Tourism Guest Levy The resort fee and Tourism Guest Levy are not included at this resort. A daily resort fee of $24 per room, per night plus $5 levy per room, per night (subject to change) is collected by the hotel at check-in. Hotel Renovations Pineapple Beach Club will be closed for renovations from July 20 to October 20, 2025. As more information becomes available, Vacation Express may update accordingly. Accessibility Notice Due to the hillside nature of this resort, which includes sloping walkways, steps and stairs, this resort may not be suitable for guests with mobility issues and some facilities, amenities and services may not be accessible. Allergen Notice The resort's kitchens and bars use wholesome ingredients, which may include potential allergens including but not limited to peanuts, tree nuts, seeds, nut-based oils, eggs, shellfish, shrimp, soy, milk and wheat. Guests who may have severe allergic reactions should take precautions. The resort shall not be liable for any guest exposure to potential allergens. The resort is not able to cater to specific individual needs or create individually tailored menus or meals for specific guests based on dietary, medical or faith-based restrictions. Identification RequirementsGuests checking in at Pineapple Beach Club must present valid government issued identification and a valid major credit card at check-in*. A $350 USD pre-authorization will be processed to the guest’s credit card to cover any incidental purchases and allow all guests to conveniently charge gift shop purchases, spa treatments and any other incidental purchases to their room folio, in addition to confirming guest identity and aiding with fraud prevention. Due to ongoing disputes with the company, Gally Bay Resort & Spa does not accept American Express credit cards.
