Hotel Enhancements
Riu Palace Aruba started a renovation project in April 2025, predominately focusing on room renovations, one building at a time. The renovation project will continue into 2026, including an addition of new rooms and renovation of select public areas.

Phase 2: Ongoing - December 1, 2025
Block A rooms, located in the main building, will be renovated during Phase 2.

Phase 3: January 6th, 2026 - March 30, 2026
Building C.

Phase 4: April 10, 2026 - August 1,2026
Full hotel closure.

Guests will not be assigned to rooms in buildings under renovation. Guests might experience different levels of disturbance, depending upon the stage of work taking place in some areas of the resort. The hotel will be taking all pertinent measures to avoid any possible inconvenience to guests..

All Student/Spring Breaker Group reservations are strictly On Request and will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis by Riu Sales. RIU Hotels & Resorts reserves the right of admission and may reject any request at its sole discretion. Guests disturbing or generating complaints from other guests or hotel may be removed from the property at their own expense. Parties in rooms are not permitted. Student/Spring Breaker Groups must comply with any protocols (hotel and government) in place at the time of stay at the hotel and be 21 years of age or older.
