Cafe Solaris

Savor fresh tropical fruits and juices and a wide selection of favorites including savory Mexican dishes, waffles, made to order omelets and more! Late in the evening Cafe Solaris opens for your enjoyment featuring International specialties served buffet-style.

Marco Polo
Dinner from 6:00pm to 9:30pm
For international gourmet specialties Marco Polo is the hot spot. Open from 6:00 pm to 10:00 pm, let the innvovative chefs indulge you with a different menu each night, providing a differnt nightly menu featuring one of seven different cuisines. Resort evening attire required. Reservation required.

ZAI Oriental Restaurant
Offering the best of oriental cuisine, such as Thai, Chinese, Vietnamese and Japanese, in a casual atmosphere overlooking the garden and pool areas, the ZAI restaurant is open twice a week from 5:30 pm to 9:30 pm and requires a reservation. This is an a la carte restaurant.

Rosmarinus
Open from 12:00 pm to 4:00 pm, this restaurant offers a view of the Caribbean sea while tasting different styles of cuisine. The food menu is accompanied by a large daiquiri menu. From 6:00 pm to 10:00 pm theme a la carte dinners are offered and once a week the restaurant offers a variety of grilled meats, gourmet salad bar and variety of sides for a Brazillian atmosphere.

Deli
Enjoy casual snacks including salads, baguettes and cappuccino. After a night out in Cancun, the deli is for you, since it is open from 4:00 pm to 6:30 am.

GR Solaris Lobby Bar
The place to meet new friends and enjoy live music. Dance to the rhythm of Caribbean music or sit back with a drink and watch and listen. Open daily from 10:00 pm to 1:00 am.

Swim-up Bar
Enjoy your favorite drink without leaving the pool. The pool bar features house beer, wine, cocktails and non-alcoholic specialties. The beverages are unlimited and are paired well with the poolside snack bar, which features hamburgers, hot dogs, daily specials and other frosty beverages.

Cinque Terre Pizza
Enjoy homemade, delicious pizzas which include vegetarian and classic ingredients. Menu is available or you can create your own pizza with assorted toppings. Open daily from 12:00 pm to 6:00 pm.
