Plus, the resort is nestled at the north end of the hotel zone with powdery white sand and calm, shallow waters perfect for kids to splash around in. Environmental & Resort Fee
Guests are required to pay the local government's Environmental Fee and Resort Fee directly to the hotel at check-in. The combined total is $225 MXN per room, per night. Fees are subject to change without notice.

Check-In Age Requirements
• The minimum legal age for hotel check-in is 18 years old. Each room must include at least one guest who is 18 years old or older.
• Guests who are 17 years old and traveling without a parent or legal guardian must present written consent from their parent or legal guardian at check-in. The document must authorize international travel and accept legal responsibility for the guest during their stay. The consent form must be presented in English or Spanish.
• For every group of nineteen 17-year-old guests traveling without a parent or legal guardian, at least one adult chaperone age 25 or older is required and must stay at the property for the duration of the visit.
• Guests under 17 years old are not permitted to stay at Oasis Hotels & Resorts unless accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.

Spring Break Student/Youth Policy
• During Spring Break season (February-April), any guest under 25 years old traveling without a parent or legal guardian is considered a Student/Youth Traveler.
• Student/Youth Travelers are required to pay a non-refundable insurance fee of $30 USD cash at hotel check-in.
• This hotel welcomes Student/Youth Traveler Groups during Spring Break season.
