Hotel Enhancement
Bahia Principe Luxury Runaway Bay has embarked on a renovation project through December 15, 2025.

From May to September select guest rooms are being redecorated and sofa beds are being replaced.

From September 1 to November 1 the Jazmin Buffet Restaurant will undergo a complete renovation. During this period, food service will be offered at Snack Las Olas. In case of high occupancy, the Food Market Round Island, located at the neighboring Bahia Principe Grand Jamaica hotel, will also be available. Also from September 1 to November 1 the main lobby will be expanded by adding a new terrace. The area will be properly fenced off to minimize visual impact and isolate noise.

From September 1 to December 15 the Takara Themed Restaurant will undergo a complete renovation and will become an à la carte Indian restaurant. This renovation will not cause any inconvenience to guests. During this period, guests will be able to enjoy the following à la carte restaurants by reservation: at Bahia Principe Luxury Runaway: Brazilian and Mediterranean & at Bahia Principe Grand Jamaica: Gourmet, Steakhouse, Italian and Japanese.
