Hotel Enhancements
Grand Palladium Hotels & Resorts in Jamaica are undergoing enhancements across select areas of the property.

At Grand Palladium Lady Hamilton Resort & Spa, restoration and reinforcement work is in progress to the lobby dome and is expected to be finalized by April 16.

Following this, similar enhancements will begin in the same area at Grand Palladium Jamacia Resort & Spa, with an anticipated completion date of June 1. During the initial days of this phase, elevated noise levels may be experienced.

In addition, improvements at the Jerk Hut began on March 27 and are expected to continue for approximately 6 weeks. Alternate options will be in place serving jerk options for guests including a food truck and BBQ by the pool.

Effective November 1, 2025, the $600 resort credit is no longer an automatic inclusion for reservations at Grand Palladium Hotels & Resorts or TRS Hotels. Please note, bookings of 5nts+ made Oct 31, 2025, and prior will be fully honored and will include the $600 resort credit as expected.

Guest Accommodation Room Tax
The Government of Jamaica requires all registered accommodations to collect the Guest Accommodation Room Tax (GART). The tax is not included at this resort. At check-in guests will pay the tax rate of $4 per booking, per night.
