Wedding Reception Packages

Option 1: Restaurant Menu of the Day
Plated dinner for parties no less than 15 persons (plated). Buffet style for parties of 25 or more persons.
Portside Restaurant Menu will be offered to all-inclusive guests of the hotel at a surcharge. For non-resident guests a greater charge is applicable. Located in one of the private meeting spaces, subject to availability and room rental surcharge. Includes white glove service, a bottle of sparkling wine for toasting and elegant decorations.

Option 2: Semi-Private A La Carte Dinner
For parties up to 15 persons.
Reservations can be made in one of the specialty restaurants in advance. There will be a cost for each all-inclusive guests and a greater charge for non-resident guests, this charge includes own wait staff in a semi-private area. Package includes white glove service, a bottle of sparkling wine for toasting and elegant decorations.

Other decoration can be made available at an additional cost. Please not that private receptions have to be confirmed at least 2 weeks prior to event.
Holiday Inn Montego Bay offers additions to these packages for an additional charge. Some additions include wedding cakes, open standard bar (for reception option 1 only), international wines and wine/champagne corkage. Be sure to ask the wedding coordinator for the complete list of options.
