If there is a group of more than 15 rooms in any category, the couple ties the knot for free.

Terms & Conditions: Complimentary Swaying Palms Wedding applies when at least three Deluxe rooms are booked for stays of 5 nights or longer. Package includes Bride, Groom, and 4 guests. *PLEASE NOTE: Wedding ceremonies are subject to a mandatory processing, government licensing and administration fee of $250; this fee is not included in the price of the wedding packages. Wedding ceremonies must be booked at least 60 days prior to arrival or a late fee of $200 will apply.

All packages are subject to availability and rates are based on two persons per room with a wedding reception for up to four people. Reservation of a Treetop One Bedroom Suite room category for a minimum of seven nights stay is required for free "We Do" package. Couple must pay the licensing fee of US$199 (subject to change) which is not included.

Documents Required To Be Married In Jamaica
• Birth certificate
• Proof of citizenship
• Residency requirement of 48 hours
• Court certified final divorce decree
• Legal name changes or legal adoption papers if applicable
• Notarized copy of death certificate in the case of widowithwidower
• All legal documents must be in English or legally translated into English
• Please send by courier, fax or scan notarized copies of documents to the Wedding Office at least 60 days prior to your arrival at the resort
• Originals must be given to the wedding planner upon arrival at the resort
