Hotel Enhancements
The golf course at Catalonia Bavaro Beach will be temporarily closed for annual maintenance from Aug 1-Sep 30, 2026. The hotel has made arrangements with other golf courses in the area with transportation included so guest’s golf plans are not interrupted. Guests can send an email to [email protected], and their golf department will take care of booking and organizing their tee times directly.

Effective April 1, 2025, the 18-hole Catalonia Caribe Golf course will close. However, the 9-hole Catalonia Cabeza de Toro Golf Club will reopen after a complete restructuring and maintenance. Guests will continue to enjoy complimentary green fees*.
