PET-FRIENDLY Hyatt Vivid Punta Cana now welcomes small dogs under 22 lbs. (10 kg) in accommodations and on property. Terms & Conditions: • Hyatt Vivid Punta Cana’s dog policy allows dogs under 22 lbs. (10 kg) for $50 USD per night in select Vantage room categories only. • Check with the airline for information regarding traveling with pets including security and TSA guidelines. • Only dogs are permitted • No more than one dog is permitted in any guest room. Dogs are allowed only in designated dog areas of the hotel grounds. Dogs are not allowed in the pool, fitness center, spa, retail shops or golf facilities • Due to local regulations, dogs are not allowed on the beach. • Dogs must always be controlled on a leash or in a dog carrier when not in the guest room. Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their dog on resort grounds and disposing of waste in designated areas. • Dogs cannot be left alone in guest rooms for more than two hours. Guests must notify the front desk and hang the “Dog Friendly Room” door hanger when leaving the dog unattended. Guests must answer the cell phone number provided to the resort in case any issues arise. • Dogs must not be left alone overnight. Contact the concierge for boarding recommendations if needed. • Guest room cleaning will not occur unless the guest is present. The dog owner must be in the room while the dog is present during cleaning to avoid frightening the pet or risking escape. Contact the concierge to schedule convenient cleaning times. • The resort reserves the right to request the dog's removal if the guidelines are not followed. • Restrictions, guidelines and availability are subject to change at any time.
