Unpacking and Packing
• St. Regis Butler takes care of the unpacking and storage of guest luggage
• Packing services must be requested at least 4 hours in advance
• Unpacking services are performed an hour after the request
Beverage Service
• Upon arrival, St. Regis Butler may arrange coffee or tea service in guest room
• St. Regis Butler can also arrive after morning wake-up call to draw the curtains and deliver coffee or tea
• Beverage service and press is digitally available through Press Reader app
Garment Pressing
• Contact your St. Regis Butler for prompt pick-up and return of any garments that require pressing
• Pressing of up to two garments is complimentary
