    Dreams Tulum Resort and Spa is committed to making the world a greener place. The resort staff works together to promote a socially responsible environment to guests. To further show their commitment, Dreams Tulum is involved in various green programs and initiatives:

      Dreams Tulum is committed to reducing the impact of its activities on the planet, adopting habits that save social and environmental values, with better management of resource use and business practices that benefit people and the ecosystem. As a part of this alliance, Dreams Tulum has implemented a smart water program and has gotten involved in the local community. Developing a comprehensive program for the extraction, use, treatment and discharge of water at the resort has helped to provide the best quality water for guests and employees. Dreams Tulum employees support neighboring communities by making monetary donations, structural improvements to a local school in need, fostering cultural preservation by supporting a Mayan church, and providing scholarships to 80 students at nearby universities. Along with this, they created the Tulum Foundation, which provides full university scholarships to youth from low-income families.

As part of the Sea Turtles conservation, Dreams Tulum is committed to educating guests as well as the surrounding community on the safety precautions that should be taken during the Sea Turtles most fragile nesting months. These precautionary measures include:
      • Avoiding late night strolls along the beach
      • Keeping the native vegetation intact
