This Package includes:

This Package includes:

• Unpacking and pressing service for the couple on arrival
• Large floral arrangement in the suite

• Nightly “lavish chocolate” turn down service
• Romantic surprise dinner on the beach for the couple

*Please note, the private catamaran sail is only included when this package is purchased and will incur an additional surcharge of $60. If the couple receives the package complimentary and wishes to add-on this private sail, a cost of $565 (per couple) will be incurred for an hour and a half sail or $375 (per couple) for a one hour sail. Lasting Impression Wedding Package
Wedding parties booking the nine exclusive Impression™ Club suites for a minimum of 4-nights will receive complimentary the following events (inclusive of the wedding couple and twenty guests*):

Package Terms & Conditions: The Lasting Impression package is available to wedding parties that buy out the Impression section of ZThe Zoëtry Paraiso de la Bonita for a minimum of 4-nights. Package inclusions subject to change without notice. Discount on spa treatments cannot be applied to spa packages or combined with any other spa promotion or offer. This package is not combinable with the Save Your Date or 3G promotion. This package is inclusive of the wedding couple and up to 20 guests. Additional guests can be added for an additional cost and additional cost varies between guests staying at Zoëtry Paraiso or neighboring AMR Collection property and guests staying at another resort brand. Included event locations are contingent on group size of 22, changes to size of group will affect locations offered. Upgrades, customizations and additions can also be made to the package through the resort’s wedding coordinator for additional costs. Package must be added on at time of booking. Certain additional deposits may be requested depending on customizations and securing of floral and entertainment. Guests not staying in the Impression’s section can access to this area only for paid wedding events (additional costs apply). Guests staying in the Butler suites can enter to Dragons restaurant only, once per week, but do not have access to the rest of the facilities. If full buy out in Impression™ ´s Club section (9 rooms) is not fulfilled, Wedding Package cost of $4,499 USD will apply.

LIST OF WEDDING LEGAL REQUIREMENTS

In order to get legally married in Zoëtry Paraíso de la Bonita, there are a few requirements you need.

Bride, Groom & Witnesses must arrive to the hotel 4 working days prior to the wedding day (Saturdays, Sundays & Mexican Holidays do not count, Bride & Groom should send the documentation 30 days prior to the wedding date in order to start the corresponding application)

The Resorts reserves the right to celebrate the wedding if the legal documents are incorrect and not accepted by the Judge due to not following the correct procedures to arrange the legal requirements

Requirements for civil weddings:
* Bride and Groom original birth certificate
* Tourist card (you will get them at your arrival to the Cancun airport).
* Valid Passports (This is essential for bride, groom and witnesses, otherwise the wedding cannot be performed).
* Certified Copy of Final Divorce Decree or Death Certificates with Apostille Seal (if applicable)
* The blood tests are taken in Mexico; they are not valid if they are taken elsewhere. To be considered valid the test should not be taken more than 14 days prior to the ceremony. The blood will be tested for HIV, RPR (sexually transmitted diseases) and blood type. The results will be ready in 24 hours together with a certificate of the blood test, all at an additional charge.
* Witnesses must be at least 18 years of age

The names, addresses, nationalities, ages, occupation, relationship, and copy of passports for B&G and witnesses. The Wedding Coordinator will send you the form.

These documents must be translated into Spanish and legalized by the Mexican Consulate before arriving to Mexico.
Documents should be translated and legalized no more than 30 days prior the wedding date and it is the couple's responsibility to have all the required documentation before the wedding date.
Being the Judge an outside service provided by the Mexican Government, the hotel can no bet held responsible for any delay or alteration.
The Civil Wedding is celebrated in Spanish

The Zoëtry Paraiso de la Bonita cannot be held responsible for any delay or alteration by a Judge provided by the Mexican Government.
The Judge will ensure all documents are properly prepared which include the legal filing and registering of the Wedding Certificate and wedding documents at the Central Civil Board of Mexico, as well as at the Foreign Affairs Department.

The Marriage Certificate is only valid in Mexico. In order to make it legal internationally, the wedding coordinator will send a copy of your License to Validation Process. The process may take up to 1-4 months. Once the document is apostilled the Hotel will send all documentation to your home address. All of this is done for an additional charge.

A mandatory transportation fee is applicable for the Justice of Peace.

None of the above mentioned services are included in the Wedding Packages.

It is the couple's responsibility to have all the documents ready before the wedding.
