These unique studio suites are 350sq ft and are available on the third floor. When compared to other studio suites, these units offer additional separation and privacy. The main floor features a fully-equipped kitchen, a full-size convertible sofa and a bathroom. There is also a balcony for you to enjoy the views of St. Martin’s crystal turquoise waters as well as the charming village of Grand Case nearby. An upstairs loft is well-appointed with a comfortable king bed. They are fully air conditioned and have 2 flat screen TVs.

Upstairs is a bedroom with a king size bed, second bathroom and second open and breezy balcony.

One bedroom with loft rooms are 650sq ft.The open bedrooms in these generous rooms seamlessly blend with the living room to create a spectacular sense of space. These are the most sought-after accommodations, as they are spacious and romantic, great for couples and small families and have amazing views towards the stunning sunsets. One-Bedroom with Loft are two-level units on the 3rd floor with an Ocean view. These rooms feature one full-size bed in the upstairs loft, while the main floor consists of a bedroom with a king bed, fully equipped kitchen, full-size sofa-bed in the living room, bathroom and private balcony.

Two level townhouses are 1200sq ft and feature the ground level with the living area, a modern, fully equipped kitchen, full-size convertible sofa, ½ bath and private terrace.
