Although tranquility abounds at the Palm Island Resort and activities are low-key, there are plenty of options available for guests who prefer a more active vacation experience. The open-air fitness center, a game room, horseshoes, tennis (including equipment), table tennis, on-site bike rental, a Pitch & putt 'island-style' golf course and three jogging/hiking trails offer excellent daytime diversions. In addition to the exotic freshwater swimmming pool and glorious beaches, guests enjoy complimentary non-motorized water sports including windsurfing, snorkeling, kayaking, fishing and hobie-style sailing catamarans; instruction is included. The resort offers a complimentary ferry to Grenandines Dive dive center for the divers who want to experience the undersea wonders of the area, and one boating trip to the Tobago Cays is included in the price of the all-inclusive stay.

For an additional charge, guests can arrange a boat charter, scuba and/or snorkeling excursions and deep-sea fishing.
