SHAKIRA – LIVE IN CONCERT PROMOTION

Palace Resorts guests have an opportunity to enjoy this musical superstar in an intimate venue that gets you close to the action. Guests staying at Palace Resorts in Cancun and the Riviera Maya will receive TWO complimentary tickets to the Shakira World Tour Concert on July 15th at the Moon Palace Golf & Spa Resort when booking a minimum 7 night stay.

Concert Date: July 15, 2011

Venue: Moon Spa & Golf Club. Complimentary shuttle service to and from the Moon Palace will be provided for the concert.

Platinum Section (seated): Le Blanc Spa Resort

Gold Section (seated): All Cancun & Riviera Maya Palace Resorts.

Booking Window: Now – July 12, 2011

Travel window: July 9 – 21, 2011

Minimum Stay: 7 nights

Ticket Redemption:

After your hotel reservation has been confirmed please call the Vacation Express Reservations Department at 1-800-309-4717 for a ticket confirmation number. You can then use that ticket confirmation number to redeem Shakira Concert tickets. Once the reservation is validated an email will be sent directly to guests with a Ticketmaster promo code and instructions. Once on Ticketmaster, guests will have two options:

1) Redeem their two tickets and choose their seat assignments,
2) Purchase additional tickets or upgrade to a higher level. Both options are subject to service fees by Ticketmaster.

Tickets will also be available at “Will Call” to be picked up at your resort upon your arrival. Tickets obtained at “Will Call” will not be subject to a service fee, however, seating assignment will be at the discretion of Ticketmaster.

Terms: Valid at participating Palace Resorts in Cancun/Riviera Maya only and Le Blanc Spa Resort in Cancun. A maximum number of 2 tickets apply per booking, per stay. Single occupancy bookings are entitled to 1 ticket; reservations in Family category are entitled to 2 tickets; reservations in 2-bedroom Golf Suites and 2-bedroom Presidential Suites are entitled to 4 tickets. Additional tickets and upgrades may be purchased through Ticketmaster (subject to availability). Promotion does not apply to group bookings. Concert tickets are limited and promotion will be available only while supplies last. Tickets are non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash if unused. Tickets cannot be sold to third parties. Concert promotion is combinable with $1500 Resort Credit, EBB and Free Kids promotions. Promotion not valid with any other type of reduced or discounted rate.
