RESTAURANTS
El Sol
Open for dinner daily from 7pm by reservation only. Last seating at 9:30pm. Fine dining restaurant with views of the sea featuring a blending of classic Maya and Yucatan Creole (a fusion of European, Maya and French) cuisines.
El Restaurante
Offering casually elegant surroundings complemented by original oil paintings by resident artist Bertrand Castelli; indoor and outdoor seating provides spectacular views of the white sand beach.

Lunch: 11:30am - 5pm
Dinner: 6pm - 10:30pm
Sunday-Thursday evenings the restaurant is a “Caribbean Steakhouse” featuring the finest meats and fish available. On Friday evenings, experience the "Caribbean Parillada", when tables are set in the sand and a Mexican Trio serenades you while the chef cooks up a beachfront feast of local spiny lobster, fresh fish and the best cuts of meats.
Cilantro
Located adjacent to the Kinan Spa, Cilantro offers lighter fare alfresco dining for breakfast and lunch in a lush poolside environment with exquisite sea views.
Breakfast: 7am - 11am
Lunch: 11:30am - 3pm
Cilantro also features a juice bar serving exotic combinations of local fruits, vegetables, herbs and flowers. Juice Bar open from 10am to 6pm.
BARS & LOUNGES & SNACKS
The Bar
Located in the main building and is open daily from 5pm until 10:30pm.
Enjoy the sunset with great ocean views while tasting Maroma's famous margaritas, extensive Tequila list and exotic sangritas.
Freddy's Tequila and Ceviche Bar
Beverage service is available on the beach from 9am until 5pm daily. Light meals available at the bar from 11:30am to 5pm. Specialties are over 100 fine tequilas and numerous ceviches.
Beach Service
Attentive and personal service on the beach from 9am to 6pm.
In-room Dining
In-room dining is available 24 hours every day.

Dress Code
Guests are encouraged to dress up for dinner. Casual Attire is acceptable anywhere on the resort during the day. Swimsuits, shorts and t-shirts or polo shirts, slacks or jeans, sundresses or skirts and similar apparel recommended. Bathing suit cover-ups are required inside the dining room. For dinner (after 6:00pm in the dining room) the dress code is 'Smart Casual'. No swimsuits, shorts, jeans, t-shirts, sneakers or beach sandals. Smart casual is dressy but informal, no jacket or tie required.
